Wet Weather
If a wet weather notice is not posted on our Facebook page, games will progress as scheduled.
In the event of weather impacting games, all team managers will be contacted and a notice will be posted on our Facebook page. A decision to cancel games will be made late in the afternoon to give every opportunity for games to proceed.
The team contact named on the team registration form is the club’s first point of contact. If changes occur to the draw, or weather conditions necessitate the cancelling of a fixture, we must be able to contact your team. Please ensure your details are current throughout the season by advising the Administrator of any changes.
We are a volunteer-led association and do not have the capacity to answer phone calls about how weather may impact games – please do not call. If a wet weather notice is not posted on our Facebook page, games will progress as scheduled.
Touch football is an outdoor sport, as such the number of rounds played per season may be impacted by the weather. As a volunteer based, not for profit, we do not guarantee a minimum number of rounds.
